This morning as of 9:30am EDT, we are noticing some connection issues with our load balancers and also some high levels of system load throughout our cluster. This may affect customers using Harvest. Very sorry for the interruption and we are working to stabilize all systems. These issues were caused by steps taken while patching systems as part of remediating the Heartbleed issue. We are very sorry for the problem and all systems are stabilized again.
